Beet Salad with Pampas Herbs
Beets are really good and super versatile. In this recipe we make salad with them.

Ingredients:
Beets 1lb.
Capers 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tbsp. (Red wine or Apple cider)
Salt
Method:
Place the beets in a pot with water and salt, bring to boil and cook them until tender.
With a towel, peel the beets and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl.
Add the capers, season them with Pampas herbs, vinegar and olive oil.
