Bronzino, also known as European bass, is a delectable fish that lends itself beautifully to various culinary preparations. Whether baked, pan-seared, or fried, its delicate flavor and tender texture never fail to delight the palate. In this recipe, we embark on a journey to savor the exquisite taste of grilled Bronzino, a dish that celebrates the simplicity and elegance of fresh seafood cooked over an open flame.

Instructions:

  1. Let's start the fire for the grill, then marinate our fish.

  2. Place the fish on the cutting board and cut it to the tail following the belly. Season the inside and stuff it with orange and lemon slices.

  3. At this time your grill is hot and ready to cook the bronzino. Check the temperature of the grill with your hand slightly over the grill and count for 7 seconds.

  4. Place the fish on the grill, caramelize the skin, and flip it over after a few minutes. Fish is usually really fast to cook, so be careful not to overcook it.

  5. Remove from the grill and plate on a platter large enough to display the entire fish. Serve with your favorite side dish or a refreshing salad.

¡Enjoy it with a glass of Chardonnay! This is one of my favorite summer grilling recipes and I hope it will soon become one of yours as well. Show us your results when you try this recipe by tagging us on social media!
