Ingredients:

• Patagonia Mix (Nativo Spices)

• 1/4 cup hot honey 

• 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

• 1/8 cup hot sauce

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter

• 1 tbsp orange zest

Method:

• Add all ingredients except for zest and butter to a small saucepan. Let simmer for 5-6 minutes until the honey is dissolved and the mixture has slightly thickened. Take off heat and stir in butter and orange zest.
