Sponge Cake With Spiced Sugar
Sweet, delicious and with only 4 ingredients! Dare to try this delicacy with a good cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
200 g self-rising flour
100g sugar
6 eggs
Method:
Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl, and beat for 10-12 minutes until you get a clear and thick mixture. Stop beating.
Sift the flour and add little by little, with enveloping movements, with a spatula.
Grease and flour a mold. Pour the mixture and bake in a moderate oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
Let cool and unmold.
