  1. Cut the eggplants into thin slices. 

  2. In a Bowl mix 2 cups of milk and 2 tablespoons of Heritage Blend.

  3. Place the eggplant slices in the above mixture.

  4. Let the eggplant slices soak in the milk with Heritage Blend for 1 hour.

  5. Remove them from the milk and dredge them in flour to coat them well.

  6. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the eggplant on each side for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove the eggplant from the oil and drain the excess oil on a paper towel. Season with rosemary salt, drizzle with honey and rosemary leaves and serve.
