Ham and Cheese Pie with Pampa’s Herbs

Ingredients:
1 pie dough (neutral flavor)
8 oz of cooked ham
8 oz of cream cheese
4 eggs
Method:
Preheat the oven to 375* F.
Beat the eggs with a spoonful of Pampa's Herbs.
Place the pie crust in a pan. Chop the cooked ham into cubes.
Ensure the cream cheese is cold - cut it into cubes of similar size to the cubes of ham.
Add the ham and cream cheese into the pie crust, making sure both ingredients are distributed evenly.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown around the crust. Ensure the egg mixture is fully cooked.
