Irresistible Clams with Pampa's Herbs Recipe by Frank

Ingredients:
Butter
Shallots
Beef sausage
Garlic
White wine
Clam broth
Red pepper
Seasoned panko and herb breadcrumbs
Fresh chopped clams
Bacon

Method:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large pot over medium-high heat, melt some butter and add the chopped shallots. Cook until soft, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced beef sausage, some garlic, and a splash of white wine. Cook until the sausage is browned, stirring frequently.
Add Pampa's Herbs by Nativo Spices and clam broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the chopped red pepper and fresh clams. Cook until the clams are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, combine the seasoned panko and herb breadcrumbs with some melted butter. Mix well.
Combine the panko mixture with the clam mixture and stir gently to combine.
Spoon the mixture into the clam shells. Place the bacon strips on top of the clams and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
