2 teaspoons of Patagonia Mix by Nativo Spices
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 carrots peeled and cut into slices
2 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups of meat broth
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Chopped parsley to decorate
Method:
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, a teaspoon of Patagonia Mix, salt and pepper. Form balls with the mixture and set aside.
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove the meatballs and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until they are transparent. Add the carrot, potato, broth, tomato sauce and the other teaspoon of Patagonia Mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and add the meatballs. Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
