Method:

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and Spice The Sea seasoning until combined.

  • Gently stir in the crabmeat (I like to leave some lumps of meat so go gently here).

  • Place 1 tsp of the crab mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.

  • Lightly moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper, fold in half, then pinch the seams together.

  • Repeat this until all of the crab mixture is used.

  • Heat vegetable oil to 325-degrees.

  • Drop several of the crab rangoons into the oil, being careful not to crowd the pot (you don't want the oil temp to drop).

  • Cook until golden brown.

  • Serve with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
