Sauté Venison with Heritage Blend and Rosemary Salt!

 
 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Cut the venison into strips.

    • Julienne the onion, slice the peppers, chop the garlic, and cube the carrots.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables:

    • In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

    • Add the onion, peppers, garlic, and carrots. Sauté until they are tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Cook the Venison:

    • Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the venison strips.

    • Sprinkle the Heritage Blend and Rosemary Salt over the venison.

    • Cook until the venison is browned on all sides and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.

  4. Combine and Serve:

    • Mix the venison and vegetables together in the skillet.

    • Serve hot in savory pies, tacos, wraps, or over a fresh salad.
