Sauté Venison with Heritage Blend and Rosemary Salt!
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the venison into strips.
Julienne the onion, slice the peppers, chop the garlic, and cube the carrots.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion, peppers, garlic, and carrots. Sauté until they are tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
Cook the Venison:
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the venison strips.
Sprinkle the Heritage Blend and Rosemary Salt over the venison.
Cook until the venison is browned on all sides and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.
Combine and Serve:
Mix the venison and vegetables together in the skillet.
Serve hot in savory pies, tacos, wraps, or over a fresh salad.
