I really like smoke some amazing peaces of meat, sausages and more. This technique can elevate any recipe and give an extra flavor and texture to your meals. Today we will making pork ribs.

  • Light up your smoker, let ir get to 220 *F. Place your wood chips in water.

  • Lets Marinate the Ribs adding some oil and then Patagonia Mix. Make sure you cover all surfaces of the meat, let it marinate for a least half hour at room temperature.

  • When the smoker is ready place the ribs in, add the chips in the fire and cook at 220 for 2hrs or until the temperature of the meat reach 170*F. If you want a tender result you can keep cooking up to 4hrs bu you need to make a sauce because it can become dry.
