Summer is here and with it delicious corn. Here is a recipe of a side dish that is really easy to make with a couple ingredients: steamed corn with Spice the Sea.

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Heat up a pot with water and salt (always 1% of salt is the measurement).

  • When the water is hot, add the corn and boil until tender.

  • Take out the corn from the pot, apply some butter and sprinkle the seasoning on top.

Another way:

  • After the corn is cooked, heat up a pan, put butter and the spices.

  • Add the steamed corn and caramelize for 2 minutes, moving the pan back and forth.

  • Plate the corn and enjoy by itself or with your favorite meal.
