Ingredients:
2 cups mixed lettuce leaves.
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and cut into thin slices.
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas.
1/2 avocado, peeled and diced.
1/4 cup red onion, chopped.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, avocado and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, Pampa’s Herbs, salt pepper.
Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious salad.
