Vitel tone & Spice The Sea

Ingredients:

  • 70 oz of beef (1 peceto)

  • 2 anchovy fillets

  • 10 oz of canned tuna

  • 2 carrots cut into slices

  • 1 onion quartered

  • 1 tablespoon of capers

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 7 oz of Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar

  • Hard boiled egg to taste

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Method:

  1. Place the Beef in a pot with the carrots, onion, bay leaves, pepper and salt. Cover with water and cook on a low heat.

  2. When it comes to a boil, half cover the pot and continue cooking for another 2 hours.

  3. Let it cool in the cooking liquid and cut it into thin slices.

  4. To make the sauce, put all the ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and process until you get a smooth, even sauce (be careful not to make it too liquid or too thick).

  5. Taste to see how it turns out and add Spice The Sea to savor the magic.

  6. Arrange the vitel toné in a dish, alternating layers of meat and sauce. Cover and refrigerate.

  7. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley, a few capers and grated hard-boiled egg. CLASSIC AND MAGICAL.
