Asado Side Dish Grilled Vegetables
The best way to make me eat all my veggies is this way. Super easy and delicious method to cook any vegetable and have a great asado all together.

Ingredients:
Green Onions 1 bunch
Zucchini 2 ea
Eggaplant (cut in Coins)1 ea
Tomatoes (cut in wedges) 2 ea
Onion (cut in wedges)1 ea
Portobello 3 ea.
Olive oil 2-4 tbsps
Method:
Place all the vegetables on a sheet pan.
Add the olive oil and sprinkle Pampas Herbs on top. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Place the vegetables on the grill at medium heat.
After 20 to 30 minutes, check your veggies. With a knife, poke or cut them to see if they are fully cooked.
Place them on a nice plate, add more olive oil, and check the salt.
